How to protect yourself from negativity

  • I find I often don't have enough information or time to decide a strategy so am subject to reactively being the self that I don't fully understand.

    Had I time and space to consider and contemplate 'negativity' from a perspective of emotional distance whilst being fully informed I might arrive at conclusions worthy of argument.

    If negative people had time and space and emotional distance and were fully informed they might arrive at more positive conclusions.

    What to do? Same...same...but different.
