Hello my beautiful psychedelic monkies. I just bought my tickets to Boom 2012, which looks to be a jolly spiffing event to say the least. I was wondering who else is making the trip out to this wonderful collection of magical spirits? Maybe we could organise car shares if folks have spaces in vans etc? I have vowed to never take a plane again, due to the rudeness of airport staff, the bloody hastle with security and the sheer amount of carbon muck that is pumped into the atmosphere every time I wander over seas... It would be really super to see how many of you are venturing out! love, light and lots of fluff Annie

This festival sounds amazing!! and i wish i could go, but i don't have the money for a third festival this year, and i'm weird about leaving the country (little woos i am =)). Hope you manage to find a way there though =) xx
Yeh I understand about money... I'm trying not to spend too much in the new few months so that I can find a way to afford it! What other festivals are you doing this year? Maybe our paths wil cross :p xox
I am going to play a chill out in the healing tent
oh wow thats awesome! what name do you mix under and I'll keep an eye out! :waves:
The infinite seas
No Boom for me but I am planning to try and go the Vuuv in Germany, Life in Ireland and I quite fancy the idea of a festival in Germany called Spiritual healing.
Hello there Gaia,
Well I think this has to be the strangest coincidence of this year so far. I am also going to Boom this year, and not only that but it seems we live in the same place! Well I live just outside Dundee. I already have plans on getting there via train, But that could be changed.
I'm going, it's my first time... really looking forward to it!
ktdatura, do you mind if I ask how much the train costs? I haven't sorted transport out yet, I'd definitely be up for contributing to a lift if there was one on offer!
I am flying to Morocco the week before and hitching to the site. I figured it'd be a good way to get used to the baking heat we will experience at Boom.
No way ktdatura?! Where do you live? We should totally meet up for a chill in the park when the sun is shinin
I'm not sure how much the train will be from Britain, I'll be using the train when in Portugal.
I'm interested in traveling/hanging out with anyone attending this years Boom Festival from England.
It has proven tricky to find others to attend with, and i agree with the comments made regarding traveling by air.
Anyone have room for another? :). *Get in touch asap please, i am holding back on buying my tkt, whilst hoping they dont sell out*
