Stir fry - egg and rice noodles (all mixed up cos the packs come in 3 servings and there's only 2 of us) and veg. And then andy ate cereal cos he was still hungry. and then popcorn. He's like an eating machine.

I had three dinners, last night - a toasted sandwich, a pesto-pasta thingummy and these very delicious things called "Poppin' Bites" which are a quorn version of popcorn chicken.
Oh, and then I had two bowls of coco pops, or whatever the Sainsbury's version of coco pops are called. -
Gluten-free baguette, crean cheese, avocado and spinach leaves. Gorgeous

i made vegan lasagne
and used up lots of left overs so was all very efficient too
and yay! i havent been able to make lasagne in years but now i have so im happy

Today I had a falafel, houmous, salad and chilli jam baguette for lunch in a lovely little cafe in Leicester. For dinner I had salad, new potatoes, bread rolls and quorn sausages. I'm hungry now ... -
Last night I had a bit of an experimental curry that my dad made. It contained chickpeas, dried apricots and tomatos...spiced with corriander, chilli, onion seeds, paprika, tumeric, cinnamon, garlic and lime. Sounds like a crazy combo, but I enjoyed it

i had jacket spud with a home grown spud still growing a few hours before i ate it......unbelievable the differance in taste compaired to supermarket plastic packed ones even if i did microwave it!
next time ive got my fire going im going to have to hunt down some tin foil -

I bought my son a 4 cheese pixxa and got home to fidn it had some lysozme or something derived from egg so he could not eat it I soemtimes forget when it says veggie it may have egg in it
Anyway instead we had bio nugget things with salad and new potatoes

Last night I made new potato, rosemary and garlic pizzas for myself and some friends. It was quite a success, and I even used some vegan mozerella cheese for the first time, and despite being worried from bad things i've heard about vegan cheese..it worked and tasted great! everyone should try potato pizza!
i also made a chocolate pudding -
Fried onion, mushroom, peppers and chicken quorn pieces with ground corriander and cumin. Ate it in a tortilla wrap with lettice, cucumber, hot peri-peri sauce, tomato salsa, cheese and sour cream. Twas scrummy

Just cooking meself up a Quorn chilli type thingy of my own invention with whatever i happen to have in the cupboards, mainly sweetcorn & some sauce- lets hope it turns out alright!

Too much pasta, covered in vegetable korma sauce (homemade). Usually eaten with rice but I fancied a change......and it was well worth trying

I made a vegan pizza on a garlic and corrindar naan bread. Used cheezley melting stuff and chorizo stylee sausage which I do not usually buy lots of veggies and cooked in t'oven for about 10 minutes

[INDENT]lentil curry, wild rice and houmous.
Onions and green peppers fried with loads of garlic and black onion seeds...then ground corriander, cayen pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin. Added a tin of lentils and a tin of tomatos, aubergine and peas...little bit of water... Bubbled for a long time... absolutely srumptious :D...and enough left to last me a couple of days.[/INDENT]
