I draw the line at microwave chips. Even I have standards
Welcome mr shroom sounds like you'll fit right in
Theres a good documentary on Netflix called The Red pill.....a feminist starts to investigate the mens movement and mens rights. There's a lot of knob heads (as with the feminist movement too) but there's some really good points made about how in some countries the odds are swinging against men now..
Your sonic thing must be better quality than mine. Saw a mouse sitting on it once
Ahh i didn't see it boo. I realise you've probably got better things to do with your life but if you get a chance could you write it again? Am not really sure where to start with it all...
Ive been wondering about making a worm hole in my Luton from the roof of my cab up to underneath the bed instead of from the back of the cab..
Has anyone learnt how to touch type before? Am trying to teach myself from a book at the minute with a plan to use it for making money online.
Is going okay but my wrists and hands are aching after about ten minutes? I've tried adjusting my position and keeping my wrists neutral etc but it doesn't help. I woke up last night and both my wrists were killing me..
Is this normal at the start or am I doing something wrong? Any tips gratefully received..
I just finished this course and really enjoyed it though the grammar section was a bastid.
I found the course itself...i did mine through TEFL academy...to be well done and interesting and worth the money.
Have still no idea what I'm going to do with it but hopefully will give me some more options when I go abroad. Look out for a load of Thai people talking English with a Belfast accent
Am not aware of many cases of people loosing their lives or homes In that situation. I didn't say wild rats were cute...am just saying that if an alternative can be found to killing any animal then it should be used. Like most people I've had issues with rats and mice...is awful having them shite'in everywhere but I've always solved it without killing them.
I'm sleeping in my big hoody already....may have to double hoody this year if it continues like this
I'm not in my van full time yet but am living in a small one room cabin in some woods. Can't say I miss anything..the size hasn't bothered me at all you just adjust. I don't like it when my hose pipe freezes and can be a bit scary when it's very windy..had never realised how bendy trees are before
A brilliant film, warm ,non heavy, laugh...THE HUNDRED YEAR OLD MAN WHO CLIMBED OUT OF THE WINDOW AND DISAPPEARED...gives hope to wanderers that the retirement home when ancient can be jettisoned for freedom and an incredible new and unexpected future, by escaping and letting fate take you off.
I read that book before an liked it..
The chance of catching lepto/Weils disease in this country is minuscule so I think it's important to keep things in perspective as far as rats are concerned. Is easy to demonise an entIre species which for people seems to justify treating them horribly.
Rats feel pain and fear no different from anyone's dog or cat and if a humane alternative can be found rather than killing them then in my opinion it should be used. I rescued a 'pet' rat, Rico, years ago from a friend who wasn't looking after him properly and he was one of the great animal loves of my life. He was affectionate, intelligent and very funny...they're amazing animals. The only reason they thrive so well in our society is because we're such a filthy species ourselves..
I’ve worked on pig farms where the fox would jump over the single strand electric fence many many times during the night. Each time killing and carrying off a piglet. Discarding the piglets off site before returning for more.
That's the farmers fault for not having them properly fenced in at night..
I get all my computer/phone type stuff from CEX now. You get a two year guarantee and if you pick the A grade Items they're usually 'as new' in their original packaging. Plus it means you're buying stuff second hand which makes me feel like a bit less of a dirty consumer.
"Canada Goose remains deeply committed to the responsible use and ethical sourcing of all animal materials in our products
How is it possible to ethically source the fur of a coyote? No matter what way you look at it the coyote gets killed then skinned for fashion.
This place looks amazing! Everyone's profile pics look great too
Feels like we're going backwards sometimes instead of forwards
Very sad news hope you're hanging in there x
The animal cruelty side of it isn't just about the fox or the mistreatment of the hounds, I for one had never realised that the horses suffer too.
Ironically people who hunt claim to be big horse lovers too..such hypocrisy.
Sosmix burger, mashed squash and baked beans
The poison used to kill rats relies on their inability to puke up so rat poison doesn't kill animals that can puke it up.
That's not true. Just cause an animal eats something doesn't mean they are going to vomit it up. Have seen numerous dogs treated for warfarin poisoning..it starts to get absorbed as soon as it hits the stomach and their blood will loose its ability to clot. Predators who eat rats and mice can also get secondary poisoning by eating a rodent that has eaten poison.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this or experience doing it online for cash? Am planning to go fully nomadic somewhere far away, from next year and am looking for different ways to earn a basic income.
Medical transcription seems to pay okay and I have twenty years experience in the medical field so I'd know a lot of the terminology already.
Also wondering if touch typing is a hard thing to learn as I poke the keys with one finger at the minute..
Argg I hate mindless vandalism...at least have the decency to try to nick it!
